• Domain St Martin de la Garrigue- Chardonnay-Sauvignon
  The grapes are picked between 5 and 8 o’clock in the morning in order to preserve freshness and minerality, when the temperature are low.
  Nose: Delicate and pleasant aromas of white flowers. Palate: The good balance between fatness, taste and acidity makes for a harmonious palate. 60% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon

Our 2019 Rosé comes from the warm Central Coast of California. The long growing season coupled with the Maritime influence of the Pacific Ocean make this dry, crisp Provencal style Rosé perfect for any occasion.
